We handle furnishing, guest vetting, insurance, booking, professional cleaning, maintenance (the first $1000 for every maintenance), 24/7 guest support, and all utilities.

We carry comprehensive damage and public liability coverage. Landlords also remain protected under their standard landlord insurance.
We also have guest damage protection (for damages under $750) and major damage protection (for incidents up to $7M) -
Yes — we pay the agreed rent in full, on time, every time, for the entire duration of the lease, regardless of guest occupancy.
