  • We host carefully vetted professionals — including corporate travellers, healthcare staff, and families relocating for work.

    No party bookings, ever.

  • We handle furnishing, guest vetting, insurance, booking, professional cleaning, maintenance (the first $1000 for every maintenance), 24/7 guest support, and all utilities.

  • We carry comprehensive damage and public liability coverage. Landlords also remain protected under their standard landlord insurance.

    We also have guest damage protection (for damages under $750) and major damage protection (for incidents up to $7M)

  • Yes — we pay the agreed rent in full, on time, every time, for the entire duration of the lease, regardless of guest occupancy.

  • Not only you will get a $1000 onboarding commission for every property deal we do together, but you will also lease the property faster, skip staging and inspections.

    Once we've built a relationship with an agent on one property, future leases become seamless — no need for screening, negotiation, or viewings. We simply step in as soon as a tenancy ends, keeping your landlords happy and your portfolio flowing.

  • We source guests through a mix of direct bookings and carefully curated listings on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.

    We personally vet every guest before accepting a reservation — and we primarily cater to corporate travellers, healthcare professionals, and families relocating for work. These guests value comfort, reliability, and treat the property with respect.

    To ensure the highest standards of safety and accountability, we also partner with a third-party verification platform to perform:

    • Digital background checks

    • ID verification with AI-powered facial recognition

    • Watchlist and fraud detection

    In addition to our screening process, all properties are insured against guest damage, offering further peace of mind for owners.
